CORONAVIRUS: WHO Point Out 3722 New Cases, And The State With High Risk In Nigeria.

The WHO Technical Officer for Health Emergency Program, Dr. Dhamari Naidoo made this know in Abuja in a media training to acquaint reporter’s in reporting the dreaded Coronavirus.

Dhamari noted that, base on the WHO risk assessment of coronavirus, Africa is place close to China and other Asian countries globally high
risk.

She however listed some state with high risk in Nigeria.

Those states are: Lagos, Abuja, Kano, Bayeisa, Delta, Enugu, Port Harcourt, Akwa Ibon, Cross Rivers.

Also, in her presentation she noted that Garlic is a healthy food that may have some antimicrobial properties.

However there is no evidence from eating garlic has protected people from the 2019-nCos… She added.

The WHO Africa Regions Director has sent out a gurdarnce note to all countries on how to prepare for a possible novel Coronavirus outbreak.
